The Need is Great...

Jeremiah 33:3 says,

“Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and show thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not.”

That is what we are asking God to do in and through us as we embark on the Reimagine Campaign. This project is not about a building; it’s about people. It’s about creating an environment that invites and supports, where people can come to worship and be discipled.

The Reimagine Project includes:

  • Centralizing the children of our church family in the East Wing through remodeling the East Wing 2nd floor and entry areas of the 1st floor
  • Creation of a Student Ministry and secondary worship space through a total remodel of the Bridges Building
  • Creation of new Music Ministry rehearsal spaces to be utilized by both LDBC and Garland Christian Academy music programs
  • Renovation of the Sanctuary, including updated stage, seating, sound, video, lighting, HVAC, restrooms, backstage facilities, roofing, and more
  • Expanded foyer, including remodeled restrooms (upstairs and down), creation of a permanent Welcome Center and café, and incorporation of current porch for interior community space
  • Renovation of the gymnasium, including lobby and restrooms as well as updated sound and lighting, improved handicap accessibility, and additional A/C and heating capacity
  • Updated aesthetics to freshen the curb appeal of the campus, including new landscaping, addition of brick to sanctuary exterior columns, installation of new signage, and more
